In Boyd HR we have a rigorous Recruitment and Selection process. We help the Employer determine the profile of the individual that will be effective in the role. Our recruitment process will find the ‘needle in the haystack’. We screen all the Applicants against the profile and we conduct preliminary competency based interviews. We shortlist three or four applicants that we believe will be successful in the role. We then organise interviews for the Employer (often accompanied by one of our experienced professionals) who makes the final selection decision.
