I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a dishonest employee which led to a dismissal and eventually to a court case.
During the case it was noted that the fair and equitable manner in which we carried out the investigation in accordance to advice and support from Boyd HR was to be commended and that due to the diligence and professionalism the facts of the case were irrefutable.
